Matthew Frazier has a BA in History from Brigham Young University followed with a JD (Jurisdoctorate) from The University of Utah College of Law. He has a passion for non-profit work and being active in the community. He serves on the following Boards: UNLV, The Smith Center for The Performing Arts, The Animal Foundation, The College of Southern Nevada, The Public Education Foundation and Advisory Board for The Vegas Golden Knights.

Ryan Yanagi is the Vice President of Human Resources for Penn Entertainment. He was formerly the Human Resources Director for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and was the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for the Clark Country School District. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education & Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.

Jennifer Carleton is the Chief Legal Officer at Sightline; the U.S. sports betting and casino gaming market’s leading digital payments provider and mobile app developer. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law and a member of the International Lawyers Network. She serves as the Chairman for the Tyler Robinson Foundation.

Ramiro Martinez is a former educator at Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts (Title 1 designated school). He is a recipient of the De Castroverde Law Group Teacher Appreciation Award and The Heart of Education Award; for teachers who go above and beyond and put their students first.
